At Pantone 294, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fan gear. If your order isn't a home run, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached before initiating a return.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
